The story

How PropOS started.

A syndic in Casablanca was managing 14 buildings with a stack of Excel files, a WhatsApp group per building, a Word template for every notice, and a separate notebook for cash receipts. Every month-end she lost an entire Saturday to reconciling who paid what.

The tools she could buy were either built for European condominiums (no Arabic, no CMI, no Wafacash) or so cheap they barely worked. Neither understood that when a Moroccan resident pays at CashPlus and brings a paper receipt, that's not an edge case — it's the most common path.

PropOS is the platform she would have built if she had a software team. Mobile-first for residents, web-rich for the syndic, AI-assisted for the legal and financial work that normally costs a lawyer or accountant 800 MAD per task. All in French, English, and Arabic — because half of every building speaks each.

Residents are not customers

Residents pay nothing. The syndic pays the platform; residents simply use it. That keeps our incentives aligned with the people who live in the building.

Built for Morocco, not adapted to it

Loi 18-00, Loi 09-08, MAD currency, CMI + CashPlus + Wafacash payments, Arabic RTL — these are the defaults, not afterthoughts. We don't bolt on Morocco; we start from it.

Privacy by default

No third-party trackers on the marketing site. AI calls run server-side so resident names and finances never appear in third-party logs. GDPR + Loi 09-08 compliant out of the box.

Mobile-first, web-rich

Residents live on their phones — the mobile app is where daily life happens. Syndics need spreadsheets-on-steroids — the web app is where bulk work happens. Both share one backend.
